To request a repair, simply submit a maintenance request through the resident portal or contact the Leasing Office directly at (325) 698-2020. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the specific issue and location, so our maintenance team can address it promptly.
BRING YOUR FURRY FRIENDS HOME! Residents are allowed to have two (2) pets, cats or dogs. No exotic pets are allowed. There are no breed or weight restrictions; however, we may prohibit any pet that becomes known as aggressive, at management's sole discretion. One-Time Pet Fee (non-refundable): $400 for the first pet and $200 for an additional pet. Pet Rent: $25/month per pet.
Your packages will be left at your resident doorstep by the delivery carrier.

Our community is located within the Abilene Independent School District, offering excellent educational opportunities for families. Additionally, Abilene's CityLink public transportation system makes commuting easy and accessible.
Applying is simple! You can complete your application online through our website or by visiting the Leasing Office. Our team is here to assist you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Tours are conducted at the Leasing Office, where a team member will guide you through available apartment homes and show you all the features of our community. We recommend reserving your tour in advance to ensure availability. The Leasing Office is located on 2010 S Clack St to the right of the tennis court. For any questions prior to your tour, please call the Leasing Office at (325) 698-2020.
Utilities are not included. Electricity must be turned on through your company of choice by your move-in day and account number provided to the office. Water and sewer charges will also be allocated and show as a separate charge on the monthly bill from Bel Air Creekside.
